 
At Mullein Hill Baptist Church, our mission is to "serve and proclaim Jesus Christ in Lakeville, the surrounding area and around the world." This view of our overall mission is based on the premise that the Church exists to worship and glorify God and to share the good news of salvation with the non-believing world at home and abroad.
Jesus' commission is clear that we are to find and produce more followers of him (Matthew 28:19, 20; Mark 16:15, 16; Luke 24:47, 48: John 15:27; Acts 1:8). We do this in many ways on local, national, and global levels. From a strategy standpoint, we take our cue from Acts 1:8, "you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem (local-greater Lakeville area), and in all Judea and Samaria (national), and to the ends of the earth (global)."
