The Transition Team is one of the key components to the Intentional Interim Ministry process.  In fact, it may well be the single most important element. Pastor Ron introduced the concept of the Team to the Pastoral Search Committee in February, then again to the deacons shortly afterward.  Shortly after Pastor Ron began his ministry as Intentional Interim Pastor in April, one of his first priorities was to include the congregation in the selection process of this important Team.  For three weeks many of you submitted names of trusted individuals you felt were spiritually promising and could represent Christ’s church at Mullein Hill.  With prayer and some encouragement, the Holy Spirit put together a great Team with the appropriate gifts to fill the critical roles on the Team.  They are Justin Pittsley (chair), Bob Gagnon (vice-chair), Karen Kimball (spiritual director), Becky Saucier (secretary), Michelle Lang and Deb Erickson (oral and written communications, respectfully), Steve Kelly and Ron Cousineau.
